ABA vs Parks Victoria Update 18 Nov 2022

Both sides have determined the facts that are agreed, which reduces the amount of time needed to present our case as we all are clear on what we do not agree on and so what we will need to argue about in Court.   By the 24th November 2022, both Parks Victoria and the Australian Brumby Alliance will have both finalised written submissions detailing their arguments.   The ABA-v-PV case will be heard in the Supreme court of Victoria on Thursday 1-Dec-22 and 2-Dec-22. The Healing Power of Horses

The senseless killing of 11 Brumbies in KNP over the weekend

ABA Media Release 9 Sep 2022 The Australian Brumby Alliance (ABA) received reports over the weekend that on the11th of September 11 Brumbies had been shot and killed in Kosciusko National Park,NSW. It appears these Brumbies were shot by professionals as each body had only oneor at most two gun-shot wounds and most of the 11 Brumbies were shot in the headwith an instant kill.
