ABA vs Parks Victoria Update 18 Nov 2022

Both sides have determined the facts that are agreed, which reduces the amount of time needed to present our case as we all are clear on what we do not agree on and so what we will need to argue about in Court.   By the 24th November 2022, both Parks Victoria and the Australian Brumby Alliance will have both finalised written submissions detailing their arguments.   The ABA-v-PV case will be heard in the Supreme court of Victoria on Thursday 1-Dec-22 and 2-Dec-22.
